Ronnie is responsible for the Development and Operations of the IBM Collaboration Solutions portfolio within IBM. She is responsible for the defining and executing on development strategy and product missions that focus to deliver innovative solutions to improve personal and team effectiveness. She is also responsible for the operations of the Social Cloud solutions portfolio. The IBM Collaboration Solutions product portfolio includes IBM Verse, IBM Connections, IBM Domino and Notes, IBM Sametime, IBM Docs, and IBM Connections Cloud which is an integrated cloud service with Messaging, Chat, Meetings and Social.

Ronnie is based in the IBM Mass Laboratory in Littleton, Massachusetts, USA. She joined IBM in 1999. Among her accomplishments, she has led the development of IBM Connections, the first social software suite built for the enterprise, instituted a Cloud First development methodology to bring IBM's collaborations solutions to Cloud, and most recently, led the creation of IBM Verse.
